Why do I Blog?

I began blogging because I found that there was information that I had gathered that I was unable to find on the Internet. For instance, the fact that Firefox breaks XML nodes into 4K chunks or that there is an awesome rock face in Hopkington, MA. Another reason I blog is to keep my writing skills sharp. I also blog so that people in a variety of locations can keep abresat of what is going on in my life. Through interships, Intervarsity, PGSIT, RPI, etc I have a wide network of friends with whom it is difficult to keep in contact. A blog allows me to keep in touch with all these people very easily. Lastly, I blog because I think there are important issues (net neutrality, world poverty, spirituality, etc) that so many people ignore and I hope to shed some light on these issues by writing about them.
